All Sales Final

All pieces created by Valeriu Furtună Fine Jewelry are made to order and fully customized to each client's specifications. Due to the bespoke nature of our work, all sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges.

Custom Orders

Full payment is required at the time of order to begin production. By placing an order, you acknowledge and agree that the piece cannot be returned or exchanged once production has begun.

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the piece is defective or damaged, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

EU Customers / Clienți din România

In accordance with EU consumer law and Romanian Government Emergency Ordinance no. 34/2014 (OUG 34/2014), art. 16 lit. c), custom and personalized products manufactured according to consumer specifications are exempt from the standard 14-day right of withdrawal.
