How does ordering work?
Every piece is handmade to order. Choose the piece you like, add it to your cart, and we'll contact you (or you can reach out directly) to confirm size, metal, and stone.

How long does an order take?
Essential: 2-3 weeks. Atelier: 3-5 weeks. Custom Order: 4-6 weeks, depending on complexity.

How does a Custom Order work?
Send us your idea or inspiration, we'll discuss design, materials, and budget, then confirm every detail before production begins.

Can I customize a piece from the collection (metal, stone, size)?
Yes, most pieces can be customized — we'll go over the details after your order.

MATERIALS

What metals do you use?
14k and 18k gold (yellow, white, rose) and platinum.

What stones do you use?
Natural and lab-grown diamonds, as well as semi-precious stones — sapphire, emerald, ruby, and others, depending on the design.

Do pieces come with a certificate?
Yes, pieces with a center stone come with the corresponding certificate.

PAYMENT & SHIPPING

What payment methods do you accept?
Credit/debit card, Apple Pay, Google Pay, Shop Pay, PayPal — through Shopify's secure checkout.

Do you ship internationally?
Yes, we work with clients worldwide.

How long does shipping take?
Once the piece is finished: 2-4 business days within Romania, 5-7 business days internationally.

RETURNS & WARRANTY

Can I return a piece?
As every piece is made entirely to order, returns are not accepted, except in the case of manufacturing defects. Full details in our Return Policy.

What if the size doesn't fit?
Contact us and we'll arrange an adjustment, within the design's technical limits.

CARE

How do I care for my jewelry?
Avoid contact with perfume, lotion, and chlorinated water. Clean periodically with a soft cloth and store separately to prevent scratching.
