At Valeriu Furtună Fine Jewelry, we take pride in the quality and craftsmanship of every piece we create.

All Sales Final

All pieces created by Valeriu Furtună Fine Jewelry are made to order and fully customized to each client’s specifications. Due to the bespoke nature of our work, all sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges.

Custom Orders

A non-refundable deposit is required to begin any commission. The remaining balance is due upon completion and before delivery. By placing a custom order, you acknowledge and agree that the piece cannot be returned or exchanged.

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the piece is defective or damaged, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

EU Customers

In accordance with EU consumer law, custom and personalized products are exempt from the standard 14-day right of withdrawal.
